With over 38 years of experience, owner Phil Sarris fresh out of college went to work for a Sawmill in Michigan. At the age of 22 in an entry level position, stacking and stickering lumber he learned the NHLA grade rules and became the swing shift lumber grader. As he progressed, he then was thrust into the role of buying timber and veneer logs.

In 1983 he moved west to Southern California and became a Salesman wholesaling hardwood and custom mouldings and flooring. His experience has enabled him to provide the quality, value and service required to compete and adapt to today’s trends in the market place.
